The incredible ageless U.S. fitness guru, Jack LaLanne, credits Paul Bragg with saving his life, when he went from sickness to superlative health after attending a Bragg Health Crusade at age 15. The book is a bit cheesy and old fashioned in its writing and layout, but still offers good information and inspiration on water fasting, juice fasting, and a variety of other fitness and diet choices that have withstood the test of time.
